Refund & Return Policy
All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.
Motorsport Batteries will not provide a refund or replacement where consumer guarantees do not apply i.e. you got what you asked for but have simply changed your mind, found it cheaper, decided you didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it). But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
Motorsport Batteries will accept returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair where:

The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality

The item is unsafe to use

The item is not fit for its intended purpose

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
If you can’t provide proof of purchase, you may provide a bank statement which shows the transaction or a photo of the receipt. In the event that there is no way to determine that the product was purchased from Motorsport Batteries, it will be at that stores discretion as to whether they provide a refund or replacement.
In some instances, Motorsport Batteries may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
